Company

Overview:

  • Initially, when the user signs up using their details and the Company details, the same details are autopopulated in this company screen.

  • The Company screen is the first screen which falls under the administration section.

Edit

  • Here the company details are shown. The user can edit the Company Information by clicking on the "Edit Button" which is towards the bottom right corner.

  • In the update screen, the fields present are as follows: Company Name: The name of the Company has to be entered here. This data is a mandatory and unique one. Company Code: The code of the Company has to be entered in this field. This is an optional field. Company Location: The location where the company is present has to be entered in this field. This is a mandatory field. Email: The email address of the company has to be entered in this field. This is a mandatory field. Phone Number: The contact number of the company has to be entered in this field. This is a mandatory field. Contact Person: The Contact Person's name has to be entered in this field. This is a mandatory field. Address: The address of the company has to be entered in this field. This is a mandatory field. Company Logo: The Company Logo has to be uploaded here. It accepts only .png, .jpg., .jpeg files.

Holidays/Year: The Holidays/Year field accepts only numerical values and is a mandatory field. Vacation/Year: The Vacation/Year field is a mandatory field and accepts only numerical values. Overhead Rate: The Overhead Rate field is a mandatory field and accepts only numerical values less than or equal to 100. Efficiency Rate: The Efficiency Rate field is a mandatory field and accepts only numerical values less than or equal to 100. Weekly Working Hrs per Employee: This is a mandatory field and accepts only numerical values.

  • The company details can be updated using the Update button.

  • When all details are entered and update is clicked, the company details updated message pops up and new data is updated.
